Anthony got my car out of a tight spot with no problems when I was in need of a tow. He was so fast and careful, I dont think anyo e new I was being towed. Great job. I appreciate you and the whole Smittys team.

Brian showed up quickly, and had a great attitude. He was very helpful & pl professional! He tried every way to help us to get the bike started I really appreciate the service he provided for us! Had a 30 foot Moving van plunged of road into the mud and 3 tow companies there to try to retrieve the unit to no avail. Called Smittys and they had the truck out in a short time. Very nice equipment!! Next time they will be my first call… Thanks guys (and gals)

Mike from Smitty's arrived very quickly and saved the day. I locked rental keys (and my house key, elderly and infirm parents' groceries and medications, etc...) in the trunk ... The rental agency's solution was to tow the vehicle to LAX, have me uber to get a replacement rental and then get to LAX to retrieve my possessions. Totally unacceptable. Whatsmore, I was parked in handicap spot with fractured ankle and would not have my placard. Mike got the car opened but there still was not trunk access to get the keys. He referred me to a locksmith and the problem was solved in ½ hour. He even phoned back to make sure I wasn't still stuck! My parents got their groceries and medications on time. No LAX! Thank you Mike!

Mike went above and beyond the call of duty! We had a very stressful situation and he took the time to figure out the best way to get our truck unstuck with the least amount of damage to it. He had such a great spirit and attitude and showed a lot of skill and ingenuity. I felt so blessed (and surprised) when he cared enough to call me to check on us- especially because we had run into more trouble and he came back and rescued us again! Ours was not the easiest job but Mike worked tirelessly and saw things through until our truck was safely home. This kind of compassion and work ethic deserves more than five stars!!

Lance with Smittys towing was the best!! Five star service! Great communication, gets the job done, happy personality, easy to work with, very knowledgeable with his equipment and truck, protected our towed vehicle. Would highly recommended Lance and Smittys towing!! Lance saved us!! Thank you Lance!!

Mike is awesome, 10 out of 10 service! He’s wonderful! The service was great, he came to fixed my issue efficiently. It was around 10 pm, after he finished his work, he left, and after 1-2 mins he called me and told me: if I were you, I’ll leave this place immediately because this is really not a safe place to stay at this time. (I was extremely scared since I’ve never broke the car so I stay in the car and texting my family after he fixed it and I didn’t leave that place) he was waiting for me to leave one block away and wants to make sure I’m safe, he even told me to follow him he’ll bring me to the freeway(I was so scared and I’m afraid of driving at that time) I’m international student and I don’t have family in the states with me, I feel so helpless since I’ve never dealing with this situation, thanks Mike , he’s the best , I can’t imagine what’s going to happen without his help!!!!!
