Yuck, who likes to get towed for anything... Well it happened, and I had the pleasure of getting greeted by Dave. Dave was professional and smiling, and put my anxiety aside. I feel like he enjoyed the customers and improved my tow experience. Top Tier customer service and a delight... Smittys had a wonderful, clean flatbed come and was timely.
