Release Requirements:
1. Private Property Impounds
VALID driver’s license
KEYS to impounded vehicle
Payment: All major credit cards or cash. NO CHECKS!!!
2. Impounds for the California Highway Patrol or Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office|Release from CHP or SBSO is REQUIRED! No exceptions.
Person obtaining CHP or SBSO release must be present at time of vehicle release with VALID driver’s license
Must have CURRENT registration and insurance for impounded vehicle .
KEYS- if we do not have.
Payment: All major credit cards or cash. NO CHECKS!!!
3. Stored Vehicles for California Highway Patrol or Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office
MUST BE REGISTERED OWNER of stored vehicle. If not, our company policy requires the registered owner to complete our release form, accompanied by a photo copy of valid photo identification.
Must have VALID driver’s license
KEYS if we do not have.
Must have CURRENT registration and insurance for impounded vehicle .

4. Owner’s Request Stored Vehicles
VALID Driver’s License (if vehicle is being driven out) OR VALID photo ID (if vehicle is being towed out)
